Hello, my name is Lindsey Nuttall. Remember me? Eight months has gone by so fast! Although, I do receive the daily reminder that I have not posted, nor sent out a blog post via my newsletter. Every single day, roughly around 7:30am, **ding**, you have not posted a blog post. Yes, I am aware, thank you for reminding me. **Insert sigh of disappointment in myself.**

Give me coffee; or give me sleep!
I could go on and on and tell you the stories of why I haven’t posted, or why I think I haven’t posted, but honestly, life got a little hectic and heartbreaking in July and I lost a little bit of my spirit. Our family had a very unexpected loss; VERY UNEXPECTED. And I just couldn’t pull myself together to keep up with the daily task of blogging. My heart just couldn’t seem to write. At the same time I was scheduled to fly out to Tulsa, Oklahoma for a training I had been aching for, for months! And when I had to cancel that trip (only naturally to stay and support my husband, his side of the family, and our little family), it broke my heart to miss out on something I know I needed for my business and something I had been prepped and ready to attend. But I needed to be home more. And I chose to cancel the trip the evening before I was supposed to fly out. Fast forward a few weeks and I sunk all my passion for my company into a mall kiosk with my team. We dove in head-first and gave it our all! And…well…it was a raging disaster; the opposite of a success! We all lost money and great amounts of time. (Insert mega slump here! And right before the holidays!) I then filled my holidays with therapy in the form of massive amounts of sweet treats and booze! Ya feel me? (HA-HA!) Holidays passed, two of my sons’ birthdays passed, February (no clue where that went), March with preschool activities and Spring Break…and now here we are!

Aidan-buggy started track & field!

Billy started his 3rd year of baseball (Padres) and Caleb started his 1st season (Yankees…that was a tough pill to swallow)!
Eight months later. Days filled with kids playing, screaming, throwing fits, eating everything in the household, baseball practices, track practices, bottles of wine, lots of tequila, a Whole 30 (for good measure and to work on the tequila dependence **tee hee hee**), yoga, a half marathon (another one around the corner), potty-training, school field trips, date nights…and you know, LIFE!

When your shins sweat, you know you have arrived! #inspiringyogi

DATE NIGHT!
So here I am!! Back, back, back again! Party-people, let’s hear some noise. I digress…

Feeling myself again!
